Delivery and Returns Policy

The Website and all associated Sellers operate in accordance with the ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’.


Delivery Charges and Times

If Sellers are unable to offer free postage and packing the price will be stated on each product page.  All charges are for standard shipping method, unless otherwise stated.  The level of service will be at least equal to Royal Mail first class postage.

Sellers aim to dispatch an Order within 3 working days of confirmation of an Order. When this is not possible Sellers endeavour to state this on the product page and provide estimated delivery times for each product before the point of sale.   FL are unable to compensate for any unforeseen delays in delivery.


Delivery Methods

Deliveries are via national reputable courier services, including Royal Mail, at the discretion of the Seller.  A signature is occasionally required on delivery.  The Sellers will liaise with customers via the Website or by any other means to be determined by the Seller to methods of delivery and delivery times.


International Shipping

Some of our Sellers are happy to ship to outside the UK.  This will be clearly stated on the product page.  Postage and packing will therefore be calculated in line with Royal Mail.  Please note that Buyers are responsible for any import charges/duties that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations or laws. 


Customer Details

During the Order process you will be given an opportunity to check and confirm the delivery details provided.  Many couriers require a signature on delivery.  If you indicate that a package can be left at your home or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk.  Some couriers refuse to leave parcels unless signed for by the customer.


Returns and Refunds

FL is unable to accept responsibility or liability for the condition of a product.  Sellers are responsible for their own products.  When a Customer makes a transaction on our site they accept that they are entering into a binding agreement with the Seller of the item.  If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any non-cancellable item purchased through the Website, please communicate this to the Seller via the Website.

Occasionally you may wish to return an item and request a refund.  If this is the case you are able to do so within 28 days of dispatch of the item by the Seller, unless otherwise stated prior to the point of sale.  Prior to returning, you will be asked to complete a short returns form (available on our returns page).  FL ask you to do this so that it can identify the reason for the goods return and authorise the refund process.  If authorisation is unable to be given by FL at this stage the Seller will be informed and asked to liaise with the customer direct within 48 hours.  Once authorised, please return the product to the Seller’s address displayed on the dispatch note which accompanied your parcel.  FL takes no responsibility for the refund, which shall be paid directly to you by the Seller.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and should ideally be in the original packaging.  The refund includes the original delivery charge but we are unable to offer free returns at this time.  Certain products such as ‘personalised items’ or ‘made to Order items’ may be exempt from our returns policy but this should be discussed with the individual Seller when the Order is placed. 

Return delivery costs will be compensated by the Seller for faulty goods if authorised.

On returning goods, please use an insured method of dispatch and obtain proof of posting. We are unable to accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
